Access & authority
Choose which information your workforce can use and which actions it can take. Routine work follows the permissions you set. Anything outside those limits goes to the person responsible.
Our operating approach
Useful AI work depends on relevant context and clear authority. Your data requirements belong in the conversation from the beginning.
Discuss your data requirementsPrime Office Business Workforce is designed around your information, ways of working and decisions. Together, we confirm the controls, services and setup your work needs.
We use demonstrations and setup discussions to agree how Prime Office would work for you. Available models, processing regions and options for running in your own environment depend on that agreement.
Choose which information your workforce can use and which actions it can take. Routine work follows the permissions you set. Anything outside those limits goes to the person responsible.
Choose supported models that suit the work and your organization’s policies. We consider the languages, tools and data requirements involved. Before a model changes, we check that it can do the work and meet the required controls.
Agree where your data can be processed and which services can handle it. This includes connected applications, storage, AI models, support access and backups. Available regions and options for running in your own environment depend on the agreed setup.
Agree what information is kept, why it is needed and when it should be deleted. Original files, working information, business records and backups may need different rules. Those rules must cover the services involved.
Using your information to do the work does not automatically give permission to use it for training or other purposes. Any additional use needs the required permission and rights.
Keep a named person responsible for the work and decisions that need approval. Review the sources, documents, actions and work still open. See clearly whether work has been prepared, submitted or accepted.
Keep your approved methods, work instructions, settings, supporting records and unfinished work as models and systems change. Before changing a model, check that it can do the work and meet the controls you need.
Keeping your records and settings does not, by itself, make the workforce ready to run elsewhere. Moving it to another environment needs a separate agreement, the necessary permissions and checks that the new setup can support the work.
Which responsibilities would you delegate? Which systems and business records do they depend on? Who owns the result?
Which access, processing regions, model policies, retention requirements or approval controls are essential to your organization?
